TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You must cancel booked personal training and class sessions 24 HOURS in advance, or you will be dismissed from that session. This includes switching time slots under the 24-hour notice period. You may cancel the session through our online system or by calling the studio directly.

You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled class, or your spot may be given to a wait-listed client.

WORKOUT PACKAGES: Persons who purchase any workout package (Multi-session package, 2:1 package, 1:1 package) are subjected to the session charge for either a late cancellation or an absence should they not cancel their reservation within the allotted 24-hour window.

NON-RECORDING OF LIVE STUDIO OR ONLINE CLASSES AGREEMENT: You acknowledge and agree that any type of recording or transmission (video, audio, still photography, streaming, social media posting, etc.) of any live LIMITLESS classes or activities, whether in person or online, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of an authorized corporate officer of LIMITLESS. Limitless instructors are not authorized to provide consent. This includes even a temporary recording or transmission of a live, LIMITLESS online class via online platforms such as SnapChat, Zoom, Facebook, or Instagram. You are, however, permitted to record and post lawful, non-offensive content related to your participation in a LIMITLESS online or studio class before and/or after a class with the consent of each participant who is identified in your content.

Any violation of this non-recording agreement is grounds for exclusion from participation in any LIMITLESS activities. You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold LIMITLESS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and instructors harmless from and against any claims, lawsuits, or other actions, and all resulting loss, damage, or cost of any kind (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), resulting from your violation of this non-recording agreement.

FIRST TIMER DEAL This offer is applicable to first-time customers only and entitles each individual to a one-time 50% discount on their purchase. To avail of the discount, customers must provide valid identification upon redemption. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Only one redemption per person is permitted. The discount is not applicable to taxes, shipping, or additional fees unless otherwise stated. The company reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice. Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

You agree that we are in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are present in the studio. You assume all risks of loss for any of your personal belongings.
